Graham has over 18 years experience in the industry working in a
range of positions from user support, development and systems design to
dealer principal and board level decision making. He has a unique
perspective on the provision of IT systems that allows the delivery of
innovative and reliable solutions. Graham has developed solutions for
some of the biggest names in the UK including RAC plc (formally LEX
plc), Pioneer, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, DABS Direct plc, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Astra
Zeneca. |

Donal has been working in the IT industry for 9 years starting out on
the helpdesk at Kent County Council before moving on to the Woolwich
treasury department providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support. Donal then
moved into a stock broking company where he progressed to IT Manager,
responsible for the main dealing systems, before joining Inspired
Networks as a
consultant. Donal has extensive knowledge of mission critical systems
and IT operations planning including helpdesk configuration,
preventative maintenance regimes and capacity planning.

Michele has had over 5 years experience working in both user and server
support environments and, before joining Inspired Networks, Michele spent 18
months as the IT Manager and Security Officer for a financial
institution. Michele has extensive experience in managing the testing,
installation and deployment of large software systems (£250,000+) and is
also our Disaster Recovery specialist. |
